Dr Madhu Pahwa, an esteemed Senior Neuropsychiatrist with over 28 years of experience in Doha, distinguished alumnus of one of India’s top medical schools, Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), University of Delhi.
Established in August 2003, Dr. Madhu’s Clinic stands as the first, inaugural solo private psychiatric clinic in Doha, spearheaded by Dr. Madhu Pahwa, a senior, seasoned psychiatrist with over 28 years of experience. The clinic was founded in response to a critical dearth in mental health care and services available, recognizing the escalating need in today’s stress-laden life. In a bid to revitalize today’s world and dispel the shame and stigma associated with mental health, the primary objective of the clinic is to de-stigmatize mental health, foster awareness and growth centred around the resounding message that one can come forward, speak up, “because you are not alone…”as we are here to give you a shoulder and lend you an ear.
Catering to diverse age groups from children to adults and the elderly, the clinic adopts a comprehensive care model emphasizing individualized assessments and evaluations. These are followed by a range of treatment modalities encompassing psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and psychological interventions. The clinic also boasts its position as the first to offer the latest and most advanced FDA-approved treatment procedures, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Thetaburst Stimulation (TBS), effectively addressing various psychiatric challenges.

You have given me a second chance, and I will use it wisely and have lots of fun.
Dr. Madhu, I cannot express enough gratitude I have for you. To fit me into your schedule so quickly and provide me your experience and knowledge in the time frame given, you provided me a gift. Thank you for what you do for the Doha community. Mental health Care is critical to everyone's wellness and it is wonderful to know we have you in our community.
Dr. Madhu- While I certainly understand that you were "doing your job" - you had a profound impact on me and my ability to grieve my fathers loss. I am indebted to you and sincerely thank You with a warm heart. I'm sure you're not told "thank you" enough - so I had to take a moment to express my gratitude. Thank you for also helping the university community during this difficult loss. Seeing you today brought me much comfort.
